Pre-Natal Yoga            

Prepare for a healthy and natural delivery of your baby.  Bring greater awareness to your changing body, and learn specific breathing techniques and postures that are both beneficial and enjoyable.  Develop a deep connection to your unborn baby, and empower yourself by learning how to achieve greater relaxation.

Mom & Baby Yoga       

Strengthen the bond between you and your little bundle of joy.  Decrease stress, begin strengthening and stretching your body after giving birth, and introduce your baby to the wonders of yoga.  Babies should be between 3 weeks and 12 months old and should not be actively crawling or walking.

Children's Yoga (Yoga in the Classroom)

Our children's yoga program supports the development of focus, concentration and attention span.  Children will build healthy, strong and flexible bodies.  This class will develop inner strength and self-esteem, while stimulating the imagination and encouraging creativity.  Most importantly, yoga in the classroom provides children with an exciting opportunity to explore and appreciate their academic and creative potential.

Classes available as a Group Class or Private Session at your home, school or other location.
