Conference Yoga

At conferences, business meetings, retreats & special events

Make your next conference a success.

Conference Yoga reduces stress, increases energy and blood flow to the brain and muscles, improves memory retention, productivity and efficiency, builds teamwork and much more.

By helping conference participants focus on their breath and posture, they will be able to concentrate more effectively on the material being presented.  They will absorb more information and come together as a team should to accomplish more in a short amount of time.

Plus, it's a fun and enjoyable way for people to remember your next event!

We will help you determine your needs and plan your event.

Rates:

10-15 minute stretch session - $60

20-30 minute stretch session - $69

45-60 minute yoga or pilates class - For groups of 15 or more students, the rate is $5.00 per person, per class.  For groups with fewer than 15 students, the rate is a flat charge of $75.

GST will be added to these rates.  No special clothing or equipment required for stretch sessions.

WORDS OF WISDOM

"Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness, that most frightens us . . . ."
