Hatha Yoga
Our most popular class!
The goal of Hatha Yoga is to create an absolute balance between the physical body, mind and energy. This class will use asanas (physical postures), breathing techniques and meditation. Participants will become stronger, more flexible and will feel relaxed at the end of each class.

Power Yoga
A highly energized and fast-paced flow of yoga. Power Yoga is challenging and invigorating, and will strengthen every muscle in your body as you work up a sweat, vigorously heat the body, and move quickly through each posture. Participants must be physically fit before beginning this class.

Pilates
A low-impact blend of yoga, ballet and other forms of fitness, pilates focuses on the core muscles - the abdominals and pelvic floor muscles. Through the use of correct form, proper breathing and mental focus, participants will become more flexible, and strengthen the whole body, especially the back and abdominal muscles.

Seniors' Yoga
A gentle yoga class, using the principles of hatha yoga to help achieve a stronger, more flexible body. Classes will take into consideration common conditions in seniors, such as high blood pressure, osteoporosis, and more. Use of chairs and props may be possible Plenty of modifications will be given. Ideal for seniors centres, seniors' residences or private groups.
