Andrea
has been practicing yoga since 1987.  She is a graduate of the Prana Yoga Centre's year long yoga teacher training program.  The course was comprised of 300 hours of asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing), anatomy and Zen meditation.  Since graduating, she has furthered her studies with some of the world's greatest teachers.  She continues a regular personal study of yoga and meditation.

Delia has practiced Hatha Yoga for nine years and has been a certified yoga teacher for four. She is a mother and a professional contemporary dancer. She draws extensively on her experiences in martial arts, release techniques and traditional dance to create a flow yoga class that is gentle and approachable, yet challenging for beginners and advanced practitioners alike. Working with the principals of alignment and the attunement of mind and breath, yoga teaches us to connect deeply with our body's capacity for powerful expression. Delia believes that cultivating grace requires less that we can wrap our legs over our heads and more that we learn to reside comfortably within our entire being.

Linda - coming soon

Robyn’s passion for yoga began in 1999, when she first stepped onto a yoga mat.  She has been hooked ever since! She completed her teacher training under the guidance of Trinity Yoga and is always learning more as she walks along the that path that yoga has offered her.  She loves to share with others the benefit, joy and beauty that yoga has instilled in her life.  She brings a natural lightness to her teaching in the hopes of helping others to allow their "inner brightness" to shine through.

Sabrina
began her journey with yoga as a way to keep fit, soon after learning the physical is just a small aspect of yoga.  She believes yoga is a personal lifelong journey in which there is a constant commitment to the unity of mind, body and spirit.  Having received her Hatha yoga teacher training from Prana Yoga Teacher College, she presents yoga as a personal practice emphasizing proper alignment, safety, proper breathing and centering the mind.  Her instructions are compassionate, yet motivating, and her classes are as challenging as they are gentle.

Sabrina - Pure Yoga Inc.

Sandra is certified as a Pilates Instructor and has a Physical Education B.Sc. degree. She has been teaching physical activities for 20 years. Sandra enjoys teaching Pilates because her clients can not only improve their fitness, but also start becoming more conscious about their posture and breathing. This helps them to feel better, improving their lives on a daily basis. She has the ability to tailor classes, focusing on individual needs and motivating each participant.

Setareh
is a devoted teacher and practitioner of Yoga and Energy Healing. She teaches a variety of yoga classes including Hatha, Mom & Babies, Kundalini, Flow, and Children's Yoga.  Setareh loves to share her years of knowledge and experience with others and help them heal and relax. She creates a supportive and non-judgmental environment for everyone.

Tamara’s
yoga classes focus on honouring the body and delving deep into the exploration of self.  By remembering the divine within we remember our correct alignment.  Tamara extends eternal gratitude to her influential teachers, Carolyn McManus and Maala. While certified in hatha, prenatal and kids yoga, Tamara also practices energy medicine, is a member of Training in Power community, a Pellowah healing practitioner, and a bio kinesiologist.

Tanis
was first introduced to Pilates in 2003. She was instantly intrigued by the approach the Pilates discipline took to exercise. By incorporating both strength and length while stabilizing the core, she realized the benefits Pilates had given her own body. This fascination led her to become an instructor. She is a certified instructor in mat, standing and equipment Pilates through The PhysicalMind Institute. She is eager to share her knowledge in Pilates and its benefits for daily living.

Tara received her Pilates mat certification from the Physicalmind Institute, NYC in 2001 and has been teaching all over the Lower Mainland since then. After starting her own personal yoga practice in 1999 she came to realize that there was a lot more to yoga than just the physical practice. Feeling inspired to learn as much as she could about all aspects of yoga, she started teacher training with Sandra Sammartino in 2002 and received her certification in 2004. Tara also has an extensive background in theatre and dance.
