| Alexandra feels that the slow meditative dance of Yoga offers a unique opportunity whereby each student can follow a path of natural growth to explore, strengthen and develop body and mind. In her classes she gently guides you from one asana (posture) to another following a classical Hatha style. A focus upon breathing and flow helps release that which arises in our mind and body from everyday stress, tension and physical exertion. Safety is also important in Alexandra’s classes as Yoga should be practised with ease and comfort. Enjoy the bliss of stretching and moving our bodies with the flow and rhythm of our breath. Robyn became a yoga teacher after exiting the corporate world, in 2005. She has received her 200 and 500 hour hatha yoga teaching certifications from the Prana Yoga College and certification in yin yoga. She continues to expand her knowledge of yoga and teaching by attending workshops with master teachers, locally and throughout North America.
Inspired by ‘feeling good’ Robyn’s light-hearted and common-sense approach to yoga helps students learn the foundations of this practice, while encouraging playfulness and having fun in class. Robyn is qualified to teach a broad base of people, from those who want a physical challenge to those who want to calm their body and mind. |
 |
Robyn’s passion for yoga began in 1999, when she first stepped onto a yoga mat. She has been hooked ever since! She completed her teacher training under the guidance of Trinity Yoga and is always learning more as she walks along the that path that yoga has offered her. She loves to share with others the benefit, joy and beauty that yoga has instilled in her life. She brings a natural lightness to her teaching in the hopes of helping others to allow their "inner brightness" to shine through.

Sabrina began her journey with yoga as a way to keep fit, soon after learning the physical is just a small aspect of yoga. She believes yoga is a personal lifelong journey in which there is a constant commitment to the unity of mind, body and spirit. Having received her Hatha yoga teacher training from Prana Yoga Teacher College, she presents yoga as a personal practice emphasizing proper alignment, safety, proper breathing and centering the mind. Her instructions are compassionate yet motivating and her classes are as challenging as they are gentle. |
 |
Sandra is certified as a Pilates Instructor and has a Physical Education B.Sc. degree. She has been teaching physical activities for 20 years. Sandra enjoys teaching Pilates because her clients can not only improve their fitness, but also start becoming more conscious about their posture and breathing. This helps them to feel better, improving their lives on a daily basis. She has the ability to tailor classes, focusing on individual needs and motivating each participant.
